By engaging our services and providing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Since our bookings are facilitated via phone call/ email enquiries, a contract is officially formed once:
- We have verbally agreed upon the itinerary and pricing over the phone.
- You have received an Order Confirmation/Invoice email from us summarizing the booking details.
- The required deposit or full payment has been received and cleared.
Note: It is your responsibility to review the summary in our confirmation email immediately. If there are discrepancies, you must notify us within 24 hours.
- Deposits: All bookings require a refundable deposit of 25% to secure the reservation.
- Final Payment: The balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the travel date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
- Payment Methods: We accept [Bank Transfer/ UPI/Credit Card payments].
We act as an intermediary for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Therefore, our refund policy is governed by the cancellation policies of those individual suppliers.
- Agency Service Fees: Our booking service fee is non-refundable regardless of trip cancellation.
- Third-Party Penalties: Any cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or cruise lines will be passed on to the traveler.
- Refund Processing: Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the supplier.
Travel Documentation [Passports & Visas)
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and health documents (vaccinations, etc.) required for your destination.
- Validity: Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. We are not liable for any denied entry or flight refusals due to improper documentation.

Travenaut acts only as an agent for the suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We do not own or operate these services.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of any supplier.
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
Changes and Amendments
Should you wish to change your booking, please notify us by phone as soon as possible.
- All changes are subject to availability and the rules of the third-party providers.
- Any change fees imposed by airlines or hotels will be the responsibility of the traveler, plus a nominal administrative fee from Travenaut.
Privacy Policy:
We value your trust. We collect only the personal information necessary to facilitate your bookings (passport details, contact info, payment details). We will never sell your data. We use your information strictly to coordinate your travel arrangements with our suppliers.
